From ShowBandOfTheSouth.com Jazz Bands The Tate High School Jazz Ensembles will be having their Spring Jazz Concert on Thursday, April 13th at 6:30 PM. The concert will be held in the Tate High School Cafeteria.
Admission to the concert will be $6.00 which includes your dinner, drink, desert, and coffee. The Varsity, Concert, and Symphonic Jazz bands will be playing new charts they have been working on since the District Jazz MPA. Joining us for the evening will be Mr. Tom Brantley, Jazz Studies & Trombone Professor from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Mr. Brantley is a professional trombonist who records in both the classical and jazz idioms. He will be our featured soloist with the Symphonic Jazz Band.
