Tate Jazz at FSU

On Saturday, March 4th, the Symphonic and Concert Jazz Bands traveled to Tallahassee to participate in the Florida State Jazz Festival.  Both groups received the highest rating and received numerous compliments from the adjudicators.

Five Tate students were selected to receive $150 scholarships which can be used to attend the FSU Honors Jazz Camp this summer.  Those students are Amber Anthony (clarinet), Tim Bustos (trumpet), Marquis Soles (drum set), Nick Moreno (guitar), and Jake Lucas (alto sax).
