Big Band Area Performances

Every year the Naval Aviation Museum at NAS Pensacola offers a series of big band performances.  This series is a great opportunity for students, family, and friends to enjoy great jazz music in a fun setting.

The 2006 schedule of these performance has been released and I hope that many of you will get a chance to hear some of these fantastic groups.

• Tommy Doresey Orchestra (January 14, 2006)
• Kingdom of Swing Band - "A Tribute to Benny Goodman" (January 26, 2006)
• Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra (February 2, 2006)
• Russ Morgan Orchestra (February 21, 2006)
• Glenn Miller Orchestra (March 5, 2006)

All concerts start at 7:00 PM and are held at the Naval Air Museum at NAS.  Tickets are $20 a person and doors open at 5:15 PM.
