WEEK ONE

1-9p       Band Camp
5p          Dinner: 6 inch Subway (ham, turkey, or roast beef), chips, cookie, drink  

Wednesday, August 6th
1-9p       Band Camp
5p          Dinner: Chick-fil-a Chicken sandwich, chips, cookie, drink

Thursday, August 7th 
1-9p      Band Camp      
5p         Dinner: hamburger or 2 hot dogs, chips, cookie, drink

Friday, August 8th 
8-10a     Picture Day
1p          Bowl-a-thon at Deluna Lanes

WEEK TWO

Tuesday, August 12th 
1-9p       Band Camp

6p          Alumni Meeting
6:30p     Booster Meeting

Band Camp Daily Routine

1-3p      Band Hall Rehearsal

3-3:30p Concessions Break

3:30-5p Sectionals

5-6p      Dinner

6-9p      Marching Practice

 

Dinners

Dinners will be served each evening  of Band Camp at 5:00 pm and parents and volunteers are welcome to eat with us. Meals need to be ordered at the same time student meals are ordered. Each days meal must be ordered no later than when the students arrive at Band Camp each day, with one exception. The Chick-fil-A meals must be ordered on Tuesday because they require 24 - hour notice. It is encouraged that students order and pay for a week at a time.

Daily Meal for $4.00. Alternative Daily Choice: Subway salad (turkey or ham) for $5.00.  Additional hamburgers are $1.50, hotdogs are $0.75 and Chick-fil-A’s are $2.25.

Second half of Band Fees ($200) and 08-09 Medical/Release forms are due on the first day of Band camp.
