Jazz Bands at Loyola University

On Saturday, March 10 the Concert and Symphonic Jazz Bands traveled to New Orleans, Lousiana to participate in the 38th Annual Loyola University Jazz Festival.
This pretigious festival is held on the beautiful campus of Loyola in the "Birthplace of Jazz" - New Orleans. The students attended clinics, masterclasses, and concerts devoted to the performance of jazz music.
The Symphonic Jazz Band was one of five bands over the two day festival that received a superior rating from all three judges.
Congratulations to all our students for a great trip and a great year!
