BAND CAMP 2008-2009
TIME CHANGE FOR BAND CAMP!!!
Reason- Due to past advisories issued by the school district, we are being pro-active and altering our normal schedule to BEAT THE HEAT!!!
Rehearsal Schedule-
August 4-7
Monday - Thursday 1:00 PM-9:00 PM
August 11-13
Monday - Wednesday 1:00 PM-9:00 PM
August 14
Thursday- 1:00 PM- 4:30 PM
Students will report to the band hall at 5:30 PM and march into the stadium at 6:00 PM for our parent preview show.
Remember - hamburgers and hot dogs will be served after the band performance. Parents bring a covered dish (enough for your family and 2 more)- Please bring a vegetable, dessert, or salad.
SUPPER- Students need to eat lunch before they coming to rehearsal. Supper can be purchased by the students and the supper menus and cost will be available at the July Booster meeting.
