Passport Applications are being accepted at Tate Band Hall this week & for the next two weeks.

Starting at 6 pm on:

Thurs July 19^th         Guard & Drumline

Thurs July 26^th         Woodwinds

Mon July 30^th           Brass

Students must have:

·         Certified Birth Certificate

·         Picture ID  (Learners Permit is not Acceptable)

o       If the child is 14 and under, both parents must sign the application.

o       If one parent works out of town and can't be present, we have a consent form available

·         Two checks are needed for payment

o       One for the Passport Office, payment to “U.S.  Department of State”

o       One for Escambia County, payment to “Escambia County Florida, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller”

The Clerk of the Courts of Escambia County is providing this service.
